What does it cost to get started?
A one-time startup and application fee of $199.00 plus a $150.00 refundable security deposit. Each transaction is then charged at the rate for your industry, plus $0.25.
What if I'm not satisfied with my approved rate?
You may decline it and request a refund of your startup costs within three days of receiving your approval email.
Is the rate I see my final rate?
Final pricing is subject to underwriting and does not include RMP, verification, or other applicable fees, which will be disclosed upon final approval.
Do these rates include credit card processing?
No. Credit card merchant account applications require additional approval and underwriting time.
How long does approval take?
Merchant account approval times vary. The normal approval is less than 1 business day. We count a business day as any Monday through Friday that is not a U.S. federal holiday.
Are there discounts for higher volume?
If your company processes more than $100,000 per month, contact us at support@green.money before applying to discuss special volume-based discounts.
Do you hold a rolling reserve?
0% Rolling Reserves in Most Cases, subject to underwriting.
