How to Price a Merchant

The pricing below is a Soft Quote. If you quote below these rates, we may deny the merchant's application. You also run the risk of upsetting a potential merchant. Any merchant quoted under these rates is not covered by our non-circumvent policy.
The below is for echeck only. It is not for ACH merchants.
Contact your liaison about pricing an ACH merchant.
We have certain rules regarding the pricing of regular merchants. As a processor, we understand that large dollar and large transaction volume deals will not fall within the following pricing. This is only for regular merchants:
Signup Fee Minimum to Maximum: $99.95 - $499.95
Monthly Fee Minimum to Maximum: $10.00 - $50.00
Discount Percentage Minimum to Maximum: 1.7 - 5.9%
Per Transaction Fee Minimum to Maximum: $0.10 - $1.00

We bill each merchant a minimum amount each month based on the monthly expected volume. It is set at 50-Basis Points. As an example, if the merchant expects to process $10,000 per month, the monthly minimum fee will be set at $50.00. This amount is commissionable.
All our other fees and refundable deposit information was provided in your welcome email.
Even though we have the above minimums and maximums we are open to ideas on any merchant you wish to discuss. We know that all merchants are not created equal. The following is our suggested pricing for merchants that process $100k or less per month:
