Lonnie Passoff
Founder & President
Lonnie Passoff was born in Atlanta, GA. He studied Business at Georgia State University. As an entrepreneur, he has created many startups. However, Green is his one true business love. Under his leadership the company has grown from startup to multi-million dollar gateway, processing billions of dollars and placing Green atop the e-check industry. He is an Army veteran. In his free time, he enjoys family, flying planes, skydiving, motorcycle riding, scuba diving, anything offroad, and kicking people in the head in karate.
Jeff Denmark
Partner, CTO
Jeff started as a young man, following in the footsteps of his father, who worked in programming with Shell Oil (back when dinosaurs still roamed the planet). We stole Jeff from none other than UPS, where he was one of the chief architects of their modern tracking system. Jeff is a real genius with a mouse and keyboard. There is no one brighter in his profession. He is also not one to mess with, at well over Six Feet tall with a 5th-Degree Black Belt. That's one tough programmer. He is also one of the original team.
Jaik Weihrauch
Partner, VP
Jaik is the newest partner and currently oversees the entire operation. Jaik is one of those old souls and at the same time a young prodigy. He is incredibly talented at managing people and operations. He started in business at an early age, under the guidance of his father (who just happened to work for Microsoft - talk about lucky). He is a very busy guy, but to this day keeps and open door policy. He will speak to anyone that needs help with nearly any issue.
Kyle Seiber

Kyle is from Ohio. He went to school at Columbus State for Business Management. We brought him on for his wealth of business and computer knowledge. He is as friendly as they come and an incredible workaholic. He is the non-sports, get along with everyone type, but still fits in with all of the tough guys in the office.
Skip Morden
Pres, Bus. Development
Skip Morden brings to our team nearly 30-years of B2B Sales. A native of the great state of Texas, he has a degree in Business Management and Chemistry (an interesting "mix"). He is an Army veteran (Field Artillery). Six Feet, 300lbs, a former College Football Player, Wrestler, and currently trains in Kenpo Karate. He is one tough salesman. If you ever get to speak to him don't say No!
David Bott
Lead Programmer
David is a Georgia native and graduate of the University of North Georgia. He is an expert in all things nerd, from comic books and movies to computer building and video games. When he isn't writing new code, he is playing guitar with Micah and the band. He enjoys running, Netflix, and sharing memes.
Andrew Glasgow
Processing Manager
A Georgia boy at heart but born in Iowa. He has studied Biology and Engineering at the University of North Georgia. He has a love of solving puzzles. He is laid back and enjoys long drives through the countryside. He facilitates processing, shipping, as well as deposit and integration operations.
Sandy Pavon
Underwriting Manager
Sandy is a native of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. He is currently attending University in Puerto Plata. He is studying Business Administration and Computer Engineering. He is newly married. He enjoys time with family, hanging with friends, playing computer games, river rafting, and partying with the rest of the office staff.
Mavel Henriquez
Verification Manager
Mavel is a graduate of O&M University in the Dominican Republic. She has a degree in Business Administration and a post graduate degree in Human Resources. Mavel is also currently studying Accounting. She heads up our call center in the Dominican Republic. When she is not working, she enjoys karate, guns, and weird food.
